Dimensions
When you upload images to Run, the cropping tool may force a specific dimension or it may be flexible, depending on where you're placing the image.
However, because Run is a responsive website platform, image dimensions and cropping will change somewhat on the live site depending on the screen width or on what content / text you place next to it.
Because of this, there are not exact dimensions for any images on Run. We recommend that for images where you need particular content or text to be visible, that you add extra cropping beyond the important content, and/or manually check how the image looks on the live site at different screen sizes.
Resolution
For images that take up the full width of the screen, make sure it's at least 2000 pixels wide or it may look blurry. It's not a problem if it's wider, as Run will automatically compress it for you.
For an image that's half the screen width, it can be 1000 pixels wide, and so on.
Compression
You don't need to compress images for upload to Run, as our system will do that automatically. We accept jpeg, png, and webp image formats.
