If you can't log in, or don't see the site you're trying to edit, here are some common solutions:
Ensure that the email / user name matches what you're logged in with. If you're not sure what account you're logged in with, click the account icon on the top right of the CMS to see what account you're logged in under. You can also log out from this page, and then log in as a different user.
βCheck with the person who added you as a user on a website, to make sure the email they added to the account matches the one you're logged in with.
βMake sure that if you've set up your login via Google or email initially, that you're logging in the same way. If you try to login via normal email and password, but we have your login linked to Google, or vice versa, it won't work.
βIf you're logged in via Google, and you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you're logged in under the correct one. If you're not sure what account you're logged in with, click the account icon on the top right of the CMS to see what account you're logged in under. You can also log out from this page, and then log in as a different user. If you're only logged in to a single Google account, then we may log you in automatically as that user. If that's the case, visit Google directly, log in under the account you want to use, log out of your Run account, then log back in. This time, it will give you the option of choosing amongst more than one Google account.
