When form submissions are not showing up on the destination side, check the status of your submissions.
You can check the status of form submissions by going to the Form Submissions page and scrolling all the way to the right where we show the status of submissions.
If a submission says Not Enabled, then the destination was not enabled for the form that submission came from. In the form builder we require that you actively enable every destination you want for every form on the site. In other words, if you want a destination to work on all your site forms, it must be enabled on each form, one by one. If you do not, when people fill out those forms they won't go through to the destination and will only be saved on the Run Form Submissions page. You can enable destinations by clicking the Enable checkbox to the left of them in the form builder for that specific form, saving the form, then republishing the site.

Additionally, you can always attempt resubmission to a destination, by clicking the resubmit icon to the right of where it says Not Enabled. That allows you to push through a submission to a destination even if it was not enabled at the time it was submitted. If you have many submissions to resubmit, exporting to a CSV, then importing to the destination may be easier.
βIf a submission says Failed, the destination is enabled and some other error is occurring. This is often a result of a duplicate submission - if the record is already in the database, the destination will often throw an error. If you hover your mouse over the word Failed, a popup will show the error message we received back from the destination. Sometimes this may offer clear guidance of what needs to be fixed whereas other times it may be too technical to understand. You can try clicking the resubmit icon next to the word Failed, which may succeed if the error was due to something intermittent, like a temporary outage. If you can not identify the issue and your form submissions continue to fail, reach out to Run tech support.
βIf a submission says Succeeded, the submission went through correctly. In the vast majority of cases, if you're not seeing it on the destination side, it's because you're not looking in the correct place OR some destinations take a few minutes to update before showing submissions.
