The Testimonials block provides a stacked list of "testimonials" (generally a paragraph long endorsement blurb) plus a photo nd a name/title.
Options
Add, remove, and sort testimonials on the sidebar.
Change the image size (one slider edits all images)
Change between large and regular text sizes depending how long your testimonials are.
"Alternate layouts" flips the photo to the right side on every other person
Best Practices
Keep the testimonials similar lengths to one another, and not too long.
If your name/title section is long enough to cause a line wrap, turn off of the "wrap names in box" option, which will look cleaner.

A section of quotes by endorsers or supporters.
Quote by endorsers that break up a longer page.
A long paragraph sized quote by a candidate.
