The Page Intro block is a splashy block used to showcase a small amount of text in a large format.
Options
Layout options: Vertical format, horizontal format, left and right aligned, with and without images are all available.
Image tilt and border
0, 1, or 2 buttons
Control size of image, headline, and text
Signature image: Turn on or off an image of a signature, useful for quotes
Use Cases
Most often used directly below the header on the home page as a splashy intro to the candidate, cause, etc.
Can be used in conjunction with the slim header option (or a normal header) as the intro to a bio or about page, right before a Text block.
Best Practices
Avoid using the Intro Block for normal body copy text. If you have a lot of text, use a Text Block rather than stacking up Page Intro blocks.
Vertically align the image and text, so that your image isn't sticking out way below the text (this doesn't look good).
In most cases, keep the character limits on, but if you turn them off, shrink the body copy size so it doesn't take up too much space.
