An emerging standard for providing your site content to AI tools suggests publishing an llms-full.txt and llms.txt file on your site that provides your site content in markdown format for AI bots. As of summer 2026, it still appears that no major AI company's bots reads these files, but Run is providing them automatically in case that changes.
Run automatically generates an llms-full.txt file for your site at yourdomain/llms-full.txt. This file includes all the text content on your published site, converted into markdown format.
We also automatically generate llms.txt which is a summary of your site pages and content, using AI. We provide the ability to override the summary manually on the CMS at Site Settings > SEO, Sharing & AI Search > AI Summary. If you decide to do this, make sure to provide that content in markdown format, not plain text.
