Cancelling a subscription

How to cancel and what that means for your account data

To cancel a subscription, go to Site Settings > Billing and click the small Cancel Subscription link below the View Payment Portal button.

Cancellation will leave your site up for the duration of the billing period. If you'd like the site go offline immediately, go to Site Settings > Domain and Site Visibility and use the Hide Site toggle to hide the site.

Cancelling your Run website does not delete any of your data and your subscription can be resumed at a later date. However, if your site subscription lapses for more than two years, we can not guarantee your site and it's data will still be available.

If you resume a cancelled subscription on Run within 1 year, you will not have to pay a new Activation Fee. If your pause is greater than 1 year, you will be required to pay a new Activation Fee, equivalent to a brand new subscription. A cancelled site is only eligible for restarting without an Activation Fee if it's being used for the same campaign or candidate as the original. A Run site can not be passed on to a new campaign in order to circumvent the startup fee.
