Step 1: Get your Account ID and Secret Key from Switchboard
Go to Settings > API on your Switchboard dashboard. Click Generate New, and copy down the Account ID and Secret Key. The Secret Key is only able to be viewed and copied when you first create it.
Step 2: Enter your Switchboard information on Run
On the Run form builder, click to add destination, and then enter both your Account ID and Secret Key. Confirm that it's connecting correctly under Status after you save.
Step 3: Select Switchboard as the destination on ALL forms you plan to use
On the Run form builder, you must click on the Enable checkbox to the left of the destination for all forms you want to use this destination for on the site.
Add labels to your submissions
Labels must be created on your Switchboard account directly. In order to add labels to your form submission, open your Run form builder, and after you've added Switchboard as an integration, you can select any existing Labels from under the Segments header.
Custom fields
Switchboard does not allow custom fields.
Note: Switchboard has separate email and phone records. The integration adds a record to each if both an email and phone are provided in the form submission.
