Run allows you to make a full copy of any website you're an editor on from Site Settings > Advanced. The copy will only include your Published version, and not any unpublished edits on the CMS.
New sites will copy over most relevant settings, but will exclude:
Form submissions
Form integrations
Users (only the user making the site will have access to it by default)
Deleted Pages and Posts
